Device Installment Plan:

Device Installment Plan allows the retail cost of the device to be paid out over a period of twenty four (24) months. To be eligible for a device upgrade the entire balance of any Device Installment Plan must be paid in full. Upon cancellation of service the Device Installment Plan must be paid in full.

If a new or existing customer is unhappy with the cellular coverage, phone or device provided by Pioneer Cellular, they may contact Pioneer Cellular within thirty (30) days and any service commitment will be waived, contingent on customer returning their phone/device complete with box and all accessories that came with the phone/device purchase, in satisfactory working order. Customer will be responsible for all charges incurred including activation, pro-rated monthly access, airtime, taxes and fees. A restocking fee applies to returns. Pioneer reserves the right to cancel Your service and bill You for any remaining installment payments on Your Device Installment Plan or Promo Advantage balance, if You change Your billing address and it is outside the Pioneer network, or if You, any User of Your Device, or any User of Your account incurs greater than 50% Usage outside Pioneer's network.

I authorize Pioneer and its agents to obtain information about my credit history, and to share that information with credit reporting agencies
