Inside wire, which includes phone jacks, is the responsibility of the customer to maintain and repair. If you suspect that the problems you are experiencing are due to inside wire or phone jacks you can: Call us to make repairs.
If you are a residence customer and subscribe to Pioneer Tele-Care, we’ll repair your jack or inside wiring at no charge to you. If you are a business customer and subscribe to Tele-Care, we will also repair your jack or inside wiring at no charge. If you do not subscribe to Tele-Care, you will be charged for labor, materials and a trip charge. Pay someone else to do the work for you. Repair the problem yourself.
