Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support. AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone through getsupport.apple.com.
If your iPhone needs service under the AppleCare+ plan, Pioneer Wireless has Apple-certified repair technicians available at the following Pioneer locations; Kingfisher, Woodward and Enid (Garriott). Pioneer’s technicians can assist with troubleshooting, repairing or replacing covered components of the iPhone.
AppleCare+ coverage must be purchased with your iPhone or within 60 days of purchase.
AppleCare iPhone XS, XS Max and X Protection Plan
AppleCare iPhone XS, XS Max and X Protection Plan provides repair or replacement coverage, both parts and labor, from Apple-authorized technicians. Covered are the following:
- Your iPhone
- Apple earphones and accessories
- Coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident is subject to the following service fees (plus applicable taxes):
- $29 for screen damage
- $99 for any other damage
Software Support Coverage
With AppleCare iPhone XS, XS Max and X Protection Plan, Apple experts can help troubleshoot operating system and software issues with your iPhone, including:
- Using iOS and iCloud
- Questions about Apple-branded iPhone apps such as FaceTime, Mail, and Calendar
- Connecting to wireless networks
- Does not cover cosmetic damage or damage that does not affect the functionality of iPhone.
- Does not cover theft or loss.
- Repair or replacement service may be limited to country of purchase.
