Pioneer iVideo™ is a full featured, streaming TV app that you download and install on your favorite streaming devices including steaming media players, smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. You can access your subscription through the Pioneer iVideo™ app that runs on your streaming device via one of the app stores. Apple, Amazon or Google.
(Pioneer iVideo™ App is not supported on Roku streaming devices or Roku TVs)
You will need a Pioneer Internet plan with a 10Mbps speed or higher, a streaming device and a subscription to Pioneer iVideo™.
A streaming device or media player connects your television to the Internet and allows you to stream video and music from online services. We recommend Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV or Android TV.

Restart TV allows you to restart a show or movie if you missed it from the beginning. Restart TV is not available on all network channels based upon our contract right with the networks. “Fast Forward capability during Restart TV is not typically available.”
Replay TV allows you to go back 72-hours to watch a show or movie you missed, that you did not record. Replay TV is not available on all network channels based upon our contract rights with the networks. “Fast Forward capability during Replay TV is not typically available.”
The Pioneer iVideo™ app only streams on Pioneer Telephone Coop wireline Internet, (Fiber or Copper lines or on Wi-Fi). It does not work on Pioneer Fixed Wireless or Pioneer Cellular Data Network. Pioneer iVideo™ customers can use the WatchTVEverywhere link (wtve.net) to access the Pioneer iVideo™ subscribed network apps while outside of the Pioneer Internet area. Be cautious Cellular Data rates may apply when streaming video. Select Pioneer iVideo™ as Your TV Provider on the dropdown menu.
Yes, Pioneer iVideo™ users can sign into their account using stream.GoPioneer.com on any supported web browser inside the Pioneer Internet network. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Fire Fox and Safari. Be sure to sign off when finished.
Open the Pioneer iVideo™ Sign In page on your web browser by visiting stream.gopioneer.com and select Forgot Password? at the bottom. Type in the email address you used for your Pioneer iVideo™ Username in the Email address field on the Recover Password screen and select Submit. This will resend the Create Password email. If you do not receive the email contact us at 888.782.2667 to verify the email is correct on your iVideo account.
High Definition when HD channel is available. No installation fee if already a PTC Internet subscriber. Replay and Restart TV is dependent on network transmission permissions. Product details, channel lineups, pricing, and availability are subject to change. On-Demand is enabled/disabled on an individual show and/or network basis.
